Our Rita experience was trying, but by no means as horrific as the stories on the news or what some of our friends have been through. zeWife remarked to me that the pictures of us on her sister's Flickr even look like we were on vacation. So
here you go, a completely silly and nonsensical account of our flight to safety. Hope you enjoy.
Sweet Drink.
As many can attest to, it's been a challenge to find an alcoholic beverage that agrees with zeWife. Up to the challenge, the Lab came up with this concoction:
The "Thinking 'Bout Candy":
1 oz Sprite
2 oz cherry mix
1/3 sweet sour mix
1/3 orange juice
1/2 tsp Southern Comfort
one lollipop
