Matchups that made my weekend:

Huo Yuanjia vs. Hercules O'Brien

I've never heard of Nathan Jones: Pro-wrestler before, but jeez louise, the guy looks like a computer generated effect. Especially standing next to tiny little Jet Li, the guy is Hulk SMASH! incarnate.

As for the movie, it was alright. There wasn't too long a wait between fights, which is all you can really ask out of that kind of movie.

The God of Thunder vs. The Son of Zeus

I picked this one up from the library -- a 1966 Marvel animated adventure starring the Mighty Thor. You can watch it here.

The plot is too weird to describe, but basically Thor gets grounded in Asgard by his dad Odin, so Hercules takes the opportunity to romance on Thor's girlfriend Jane.

Of course, Thor can't let that slide, so eventually, hammer and mace collide...

Awesomeness.

Matt Hunter vs. Agent Rostov

INVASION U.S.A. is by no means cinematic genius, but it ends with Chuck Norris fighting mano y mano with his terrorist arch-nemesis, each sporting dueling rocket launchers.

No surprise who wins.

Comments:
Do all Chuck Norris directors say, "Chuck, we think you should leave your shirt open for this scene." Or does Chuck say to all of his directors, "Hey, I was thinking that this would be a great scene for me to have my shirt open."

I think those jeans were painted on.

I think Chuck's shirt just self-vents. It's the way God intended it.
