Bring Back "Circus of the Stars"!
I have to say that it's been a good month in anticipation of this day. Following my announcement that zeWife and I have been selected to be a Nielsen family we have been greeted by extraordinary encouragement and praise. Celebratory dinners took place, toasts were made, our mothers wept. A outward change has come over me, even. Strangers on the street seem to acknowledge my newfound importance. I nod in recognition, "Yes, that's right. I decide what's on TV."
Our official week of review began last night and we commemorated it by not watching any television whatsoever. Tonight we continue this journey into broadcast excellence by watching Season 6 of
Star Trek: The Next Generation on DVD. Um, maybe this weekend we'll watch some PBS or
That's So Raven or something. I haven't decided yet.
Power is so addictive.
